Marques Ogden - Founder and Chief Executive Officer - Majority Partner
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of KPE, Inc., Mr. Ogden is leading his company with a vision of becoming the best minority-certified company in the Baltimore area. With a background playing football for the Baltimore Ravens, Mr. Ogden has the drive and determination to succeed at anything and a deep rooted commitment to the Baltimore area. Mr. Ogden has several years experience prior to KPE, Inc. working in general construction and subcontracting.
Arthur Perlman - Chief Operating Officer - Partner
With over thirty years experience in the building industry, Mr. Perlman's knowledge of the intricacies of construction perfectly compliment Mr. Ogden's drive and dedication. Mr. Perlman provides experienced insight in such areas as finance, estimating, bidding, and project management.
Judy Perlman - Chief Financial Officer
Responsible for all accounting and day to day operations.
Kimberly Lynch - Director Of Operations
Mrs. Lynch comes to KPE, Inc. after ten years with Harkins Builders, Inc. handling all the field office paperwork for several jobsites as well as working in the corporate office. She has experience working with private jobs as well as government, military, and Corp of Engineers projects.
Colin Snow - Chief Estimator
Mr. Snow has ten years estimating experience in site development and estimates all projects for KPE, Inc. His strengths include site-work, concrete, and earthwork packages and he works closely with our field team.
Ryan Grubb - General Manager / Senior Superintendent
Mr. Grubb comes to KPE with 12 years experience working for such companies as Iacoboni Site Specialists and Total Engineering. Ryan's strengths include sitework, concrete, demolition, grading, site utilities, etc.
Alejandro Munoz - Project Engineer
Responsible for working with Colin Snow on all submittals, scheduling, project planning and preparing for the jobs before they start. He is bilingual and he is very good at servicing the clients both from the field perspective and the office perspective as well.
Nicole Pennington - Office Manager
Responsible for all of the office affairs of Kayden Premier. Including marketing, organizing paper work, daily reports, helping with certified payrolls, and all other aspects of the office.
