Kayden Premier Enterprises, Inc. is your source for quality, timely, minority-certified construction services. Our many services include earth work, site utilities, concrete, hardscapes, sediment control, site preparation, clearing and grubbing, and demolition. Based in the Baltimore area and certified in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and with the Federal Government, Kayden’s primary focus is on earth work and site utilities.
Founded in 2006 by former professional football player Marques Ogden and lifelong construction manager Arthur Perlman, Kayden is quickly becoming one of Maryland's premier locally based, minority owned, earthwork and site utility companies. With Mr. Ogdens profile and marketing skills and Mr. Perlman’s extensive construction experience, the company has quickly formed relationships with the area’s top developers.
At Kayden Premier Enterprises, our primary focus is on site utilities and earth work. In October 2010 we received our MDOT and PA MBE certifications for becoming a minority stone brokerage. We feel that adding this facet to our already dynamic company enables us to better serve the needs of our customers. As a young and growing business, our reputation is our livelihood; therefore Kayden is committed to providing quality craftsmanship in a timely manner for an excellent value.
